YOU MADE IT

SURVIVAL

SURVIVAL

SURVIVAL

Before we learn

to live…

Most of us

simply learn to survive.

TIredness

Sometimes…

getting out of bed is winning.

Nobody dreams about surviving.

When you’re a kid…

you dream about who you’re going to become.

A firefighter.

A teacher.

A musician.

An Astronaut.

A superhero.

Nobody says…

”When I grow up…

I hope I just make it through the day.”

But somewhere…

life gets heavy.

You stop

looking forward.

You start

looking down.

Without

even noticing…

survival

becomes your routine.

I know.
I've been there

AUTOPILOT

You still

smile.

You still

show up.

You still

tell everyone

you’re okay.

But inside…

you’re tired.

Not sleepy.

Soul tired.

Survival…

can even look successful.

People clap for you.

Tell you you’re doing great.

Say they’re proud of you.

Meanwhile…

you just want everything to quiet down

Maybe you’ve felt that.

If you have

You’re not weird.

You’re not weak.

And you’re definitely

not alone…

THE LIE OF NOT ENOUGH

One day…

You stop believing

You're enough.

Not because it's true.

Because you've heard it

so many times

you started believing it.

But you’re still here.

Somehow…

you made it.

That matters.

surviving…

isn't the same thing as living.

Survival is not failure

It's the chapter before healing.

Sometimes…

surviving is the

bravest thing you’ll ever do.

Some days…

asking for help is winning.

Don’t let anybody

tell you those victories don’t count.

They do.

Take the next step.

That’s it.

You don’t have to run.

You don’t have to know where the road ends.

You just have to keep moving.

One step.

Then another.

There is a

version of you…

the world

hasn’t met yet.

They’re still in there.

Still dreaming.

Still laughing.

Still hoping.

They’re waiting for you to stop surviving…

and start listening.

You are not what happened to you.

You are what you choose next.

Read that again.

Because sometimes…

the next choice

changes everything

If all you did today…

was keep going…

that matters.

Seriously.

Sometimes…

that’s enough.

You did not survive by accident. Something in you refused to stop.

You did not survive by accident. Something in you refused to stop.

You did not survive by accident. Something in you refused to stop.

Tomorrow…

we grow.

KEEP GOING

Tomorrow…

we grow.

KEEP GOING

CONTINUE TO GROWTH
